We have a philosophy at Mentorloop that the right connection can change your life.

Up until now, we’ve been busy approaching organisations directly and preaching to them the benefits of offering mentoring to their people. Good news is we often don’t have to sell the benefits of mentoring, people already believe in the concept, we just need to convince them that more of their people want it.

And that’s where you come in.

We’ve decided to try a little experiment to confirm that what we tell business is actually true — that this is something the people want.

So we are taking expressions of interest from anyone interested in participating in a mentoring relationship. It could be as a mentor, as a mentee or both. Think outside the box, challenge your traditional view of mentoring, apply your own filter and tell us as how you best see a mentoring relationship playing out for you.

Completing the EOI doesn’t commit you to anything and all information will remain confidential. Think of it as a petition — something we will use to prove to business that their employees are motivated to take control of their own development.
